PSY 205 - Organizational Behavior

This course explores the theoretical and practical concepts of organizational behavior focusing on organizational systems, leadership behaviors and decision making, effective communication, diversity and culture, and team dynamics. Students will examine the complexities of navigating a work environment concentrating on successful human interactions, including individual and group behavior, diverse personalities, perception of yourself and others, and cross-cultural differences to succeed in social and work environments.
