ACC 225 - Manufacturing Accounting Credit(s): 3
This course is designed to provide students with a focus on accounting from the manufacturing perspective. Students will improve their decision making skills, and understand how to use accounting information to make quality financial decisions. Students will learn to calculate break-even point, target net income, job-order and process costing, Cost Volume Profit Analysis and to use accounting in a manufacturing environment. Students will learn to interpret internal accounting reports and to consider quantitative and qualitative factors in financial decision making.
