LPN 110 - Professional Development

Credit(s): 5

This course will place emphasis on preparing the student for the transition to the Licensed Practical Nurse role. Aspects of professionalism, legal responsibilities of licensure, ethics, and continuing education will be discussed. Previous course content will be reviewed to prepare the student for the NCLEX-PN. Test-taking skills will be refined through practice tests that will be utilized to determine areas of strength and areas in which students should focus to pass the NCLEX-PN successfully.
