Infectious Disease Epidemiology is a part of the interdisciplinary Public Health Leadership Program, which prepares public health professionals for leadership positions. This course emphasizes epidemiological methods, emergence factors, and transmission pathways, integrating them with the societal, behavioral, cultural, and environmental factors that influence disease spread. It equips students with essential skills in disease detection, surveillance, control, and elimination, to develop a comprehensive understanding of disease dynamics essential for effective leadership in public health.
